Is there a free trial?

Yes! You get a 90-day free trial when you sign up.

Trial Details:

  • Full access to all features
  • No credit card required
  • No commitment
  • Cancel anytime during trial with no charges

After Trial:

  • You'll receive email reminders before trial ends
  • Subscription automatically begins at $100/month after 90 days
  • Can cancel anytime before trial ends

How do I cancel my subscription?

To Cancel:

  1. Email [email protected] with "Cancel Subscription"
  2. Include your church name and slug
  3. We'll confirm cancellation within 24 hours

What Happens:

  • Access continues until end of paid period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Your data is deleted 30 days after cancellation
  • Can export your data before cancelling

Important: Cancellation is permanent. Your church website URL and all content will be deleted.

Can I get a refund?

Refund Policy:

  • No refunds for partial months
  • If charged in error, contact us immediately
  • Case-by-case consideration for extenuating circumstances

Best Practice: Cancel before your next billing date to avoid charges.

Workaround: You can link from your existing domain to your ChapelWebsites.com URL.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Cancellation Process:

  1. Your access continues until end of paid period
  2. Your site goes offline immediately after that
  3. Data is retained for 30 days for recovery
  4. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted

Before Cancelling:

  • Export any content you want to keep
  • Save copies of your hero image
  • Download event/sermon information
  • Email [email protected] if you need assistance

How do I export my data?

Current Process:

  • Email [email protected] requesting data export
  • We provide CSV files of your events, sermons, and settings
  • Typically delivered within 24 hours

Future Feature: Self-service export coming in 2025

How many events can I create?

Unlimited! Create as many events as you need.

My website isn't showing my changes.
